1: This Wheelie Bin Lock is not recommended for residents of the USA, it is designed to suit wheelie bins in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Customers from the USA should purchase our Premium Wheelie Bin Latch/Lock.

2:This Wheelie Bin Lock only works for side loaded garbage pick-ups.  Side loaded pick-ups encompass 90% of all garbage collections.  It DOES NOT work for rear loaded garbage pick-ups.  If your garbage collection is rear loaded please purchase our Premium Wheelie Bin Latch/Lock as it is suitable. Side loaded pick-ups involve an automated robotic arm that picks the bin up from the side of the truck, rear loaded pick-ups involve garbage men physically pushing your bin and connecting it to the rear of the truck.  The below videos clarify the two methods.
